WHAT IS A GORFTY?! This is the name of the youth group for our 9th – 12th graders. GORFTY stands for Greater Orlando Reform Federation of Temple Youth.
GORFTY is for teens who are in our Orlando community – you don’t have to be a member of CRJ or part of Yala to attend GORFTY events.
GORFTY offers cool programs connecting fun, social action, leadership, community and Judaism. GORFTY’s wide range of programs and events give everyone an opportunity to participate on the days that work for them. GORFTY is a great place to meet other Jewish teens and create friendships.
As a Temple affiliated with the URJ, GORFTY is affiliated with NFTY (North American Federation of Temple Youth).
